Chris, while you're at it with your various complaint calls, the following situations need your investigative talents: 1. Jim Cramer and his evil tribe who publicly post a near real-time trading diary so all their evil lemmings can instantly buy or sell as commanded. 2. Every big WS sell-side house where an evil conspiracy exists of their internal paid analysts briefing their internal paid registered broker salesforce about an upgrade and downgrade, so the brokers get the word out to their clients and then, and only then, the upgrade/downgrade is released and you, you poor sap, get slaughtered. Auric and Tony are only the tip of the iceberg. This stuff is rampant - Cramer, Goldie, SSB, CSFB - it's vast! You, my friend, appear to have the time and energy to go after this. Complaining to SI posters will do no good. I'm sure that the SEC and the NASD will have all the time in the world to investigate your complaints. Why stop there. You pay taxes - call in the FBI as well! Bonne chance.

sommovigo.... I think you have to look at the really important things.... for example - see SKDS. Coverage was initiated by the underwriter with a $18 target and the stock tanked from the beginning... to $1ish recently. ETYS was upped to strong buy at $80 by a whore. Now: $4. etc...you will find dozens of examples where the unsuspecting public is being cheated and betrayed in $billions amounts.... (You dare to complain about Anthony, or Auric?) This is the place where our efforts should be concentrated on... when fraudulent upgrades happen to induce short squeezes and alleviate insider selling to the unsuspecting public (including shorting the greenshoe)... this is no service to the public but costs the small investor Billions and more... If you are not interested ... if you decline that the reco's of brokerage houses are lest incompetent untimely or even intentionally "flawed".... ... then I must strongly assume that you are paid...as well... When that is the case, then you have zero credibility.
