Tim, thanks for the data and remember with the Govt, financing the budget deficit short term, this means bigger refunding amounts done each year to exacerbate a rising rate environment. the NT Times had a front page story on Sat. and scientist found water at the north pole on a recent trip. One scientist who had been on the same trip 6 years ago, said the ship had to break through 6 to 9 feet of ice to get to the pole (this was a site seeing trip for tourists). anyway if we get a heightened state of fear of global warming, it will ultimately have a significant impact on equity valuations, real estate values in many places and will give rise to many wild and ferocious bull markets in commodities.
