in the float, Luke et al would have to cough up
40 to 60 million $ to 'take it private'. Be realistic
for once Jeff. Can you honestly envision a book value of
$1 per share.

Oh well, I guess we need tax losses.

If the doubt about the prognostications in my last post is based on the "integrity" of management; I'm more scared than before. IMHO, with 60MM out, a 4 digit reverse is not out of the question.

SG,

My wife does carry the checkbook.

Fred and company moved upstairs in the same building they were in before.

I've tried getting a hold of Jonathan this past Friday and yesterday with no results.
