Bilow, ROFLMA!!!! If you are convinced by Ali's argument, it means that you do not have even the most elementry knowledge in heat transfer. The thermal resistance is in no way shape or form relevant to the junction temp. Stick with topics which you know something about. This topic is clearly not it. I have been doing thermal management and more specifically heatsink design for 6 years and there is not a spec doubt in my mind that I am 100% correct in this argument. This topic is extremely trivial and anyone with the most basic knowledge in the topic would agree with me. I have no idea where you are coming from. I am sure my co-workers would get a kick out of this! LOL Mani
