Bilow, ROFLMA!!!! If you are convinced by Ali's argument, it means that you do not have even the most elementry knowledge in heat transfer.

That is 100% false! The thermal resistance is in no way shape or form relevant to the junction temp. Stick with topics which you know something about. This topic is clearly not it.

I have been doing thermal management and more specifically heatsink design for 6 years and there is not a spec doubt in my mind that I am 100% correct in this argument.

This topic is extremely trivial and anyone with the most basic knowledge in the topic would agree with me. I have no idea where you are coming from.

I am sure my co-workers would get a kick out of this! LOL
