I got you Victor, my only concern was for the Sellers to get the volume they wanted, it took pushing the stock down to 10's to get enough buyers interested.

Profitablity - checking the tape - the CFO Donnelly said that profitability will be achieved about Q2 2001. They are getting closer to me. Eventually they will be forced to admit that it is 1Q 2001.

Also - as I warned - I misheard the figures on ASP the first time. The model is for it to become 20-25% (not 35%) of revenues.
