Perhaps, that's only 10% of shares outstanding. The funny thing is that Transmeta's market cap may not be far from AMD if not exceed on the date of its IPO.

Seriously, Can Transmeta's power management technology be incorporated into mobile Athlons?

Heck, PALM did a billion $ IPO but only for 6% of the company!
