Mike:

I take the decreasing volume as a sign that those who bought COMSV and COMS by 8/2 at $14 or less are now out if they want out. About 135 million COMSV were traded and then about 100 million COMS before 8/2, about 190 million since then, so almost a wash.

That's why I feel COMS will move back up from here into the low $20's - early profit takers are gone (including me for a brief few days until I saw how it was acting), new COMS holders (including me) who have bought at $14+ are hanging on, $15 looks like a floor, COMS is still worth (IMO) at least $20, and various analysts have been waving $25 to $35 around.

I don't think we'll have to wait long for the next move up, surely before earnings in September. My broker thinks the September $15 calls are cheap and I agree, but I'm on the fence, sticking with the stock for now in case something bad happens with the market. I like to have something I think will inevitably move a stock before I take an options position, and I don't see that right now for COMS, except for its low valuation.

We'll see.
