I quit smoking about 4 years ago, backslid a couple of years ago for about three months....then the good lord told me he thought when I got through with the one I was smoking I night not ought to smoke another. I felt so bad when I smoked that last cigarette.....I just knew it was a warning. Was not to hard to quit that time.

It is an awfully hard thing to quit......And it has got to be your decision.....you can not quit for anyone else.

You know I have heard that it doesn't hurt to quit every night or day....one of these nights or days it will work.

I tell you they are a fun thing to do when you are into it. I have to say I enjoyed it. Cigarettes go real well with coffee, and liquor. I did smoke 2 at the porch party but thank goodness I didn't start back. Glad 1 or 2 doesn't set me back.

We all have our little habits....

Still reforming always will be hopefully.
