samir, I don't really know. According to the article in Barron's, at least the first would be true. And it should be. How does Intel's ownership position change the fact that it is a foreign product? All of the workers, the factory, the overhead, the raw materials, etc. accrue to where the item is made, not to the owners. As one of my buddies once told me about energy companies, if these guys could put up a floating barge somewhere beyond any national waters, they would do so. They are not American as an individual is.
