No, Larry and I aren't close at all.
can't say I have even seen his magazine.

However, I was very interested in what I heard about some
scandal being exposed, and then when there is NOTHING to be heard or found.... it sort of makes one wonder.

Oh, the radio station I heard it on was KIRO AM, and the fellow moderating the talk show is a "hard line - common sense" sort of host.

As far as believing Flynt, I guess those men who resigned from their positions in house/senate a year ago were happy to start their retirement early.

Frank:

When Larry Flynt offered bucks for revelations of sexual improprieties during/after the Clinton impeachment proceedings, he actually did a pretty thorough job of screening the 2,000 or so allegations to a list of less than 50. You may not "believe him in anything" but Bob Livingston, the congressman-who-would-be-Speaker-of-the-House, sure did.

Flynt has a very good sense of what makes America tick. It's called money and sex. That's about as simple as it gets.

I personally hope this latest GWB rumor is groundless, because the election in November needs to be decided by the issues. It's too important to be decided by anything but.
