Here's my guess: After I created this: Subject 36259 ...he got pissed and started his latest McKenzie Bay thread as a moderated thread and banned me immediately. Subject 36626 LOL! Glad you axed! siliconinvestor.com And by the way, he does not deny being paid to hype these companies, he only balks at disclosing it on Silicon Investor, like every time he starts a new thread...which is every time one of his POS stocks comes out with news. His company is in Virginia Beach, VA., which makes him subject to this if indeed he is being compensated: It shall be unlawful for any person, by the use of any means or instruments of transportation or communication in interstate commerce or by the use of the mails, to publish, give publicity to, or circulate any notice, circular, advertisement, newspaper, article, letter, investment service, or communication which, though not purporting to offer a security for sale, describes such security for a consideration received or to be received, directly or indirectly, from an issuer, underwriter, or dealer, without fully disclosing the receipt, whether past or prospective, of such consideration and the amount thereof. law.uc.edu How was the vacation?? <G> What is the SI policy on this? Is there one? You can see easily that this dude is spamming, and you can deduce why. He admits he's being paid, but won't disclose the specifics on Silicon Investor. It seems pretty cut-and-dried to me. I'm curious as to the Official Policy. (Not trying to beat you up on it, just want to know if there is an Official Policy. Thanks!)
