"So his selling 300,000 shares is basically a drop in the ocean. But what the heck is SFA giving anyone options on 2 million shares...at ridiculous prices too! Another instance of the legal crookedness of the market..." So you don't think the guy running this great company should be rewarded above and beyond his salary? Get real man. I don't know about you, but I bought my shares at $15 and am quite content to allow him to turn back the clock and get wealthier, especially if that provides incentive to increase shareholder value further.
