Hi Pearly,

No, we have not met before but I am hoping to go to Great Britain next year - promised to take the kids to Stonehenge.

I have been fishing, but mostly deep sea fishing, where you trawl lines behind a boat. Not much subtlety involved.

I think you British conquered the world using guns, not diplomacy.;^)

I am not "worried" about MythMan (and don't care a whit about da_cheif) - I don't think telling someone "gfy" is wrong, especially when the two individuals are adults and having an argument. It may be rude, but it's not illegal in the real world. Even the word "fuck" is used in movies these days, and I suppose that means it's on TV unless the station bleeps it out. It's just a word, an Anglo-Saxon word many of us use, for an act we all do. "Intercourse" and "coitus" are words, too, but they are of Latin derivation so they are ok. I happen to like plain old Anglo-Saxon, myself. I think calling someone a thug is far nastier, but that's just a word, too.
