Dave, Firstly, I thank you for your response, I reference {If you do not want to invest the time and effort required to become proficient at routing your orders yourself,} Can you expound on that 'time and effort' routing your own orders??? What exactly is involved? Give me a little education along those lines OK. Because there's a time lag involved with it, is there not? That's my hang up now. TIME LAG... and broker argument, etc. And how do you define explicit instructions, right? How about safeguards? 1000 verses 10000, one digit off but a big difference. In general I assume 'direct access' is PC based,aye? what are the guidelines, and where do I find a listing of phone numbers? Cheers, Sam
