Jay, I forgot to add one other reason for the volume and selloff - the A G Edwards downgrade. I don't know how much of an effect it had but I'm sure some people sold on it. max

In addition to being named to the Board, Mr. Pascoe will serve on the Company’s Audit and Compensation committees.
