Hank... nothing really to be alarmed about, its just that Broadvision needs to redo their code in Java... apparently they are doing that.

Here is a piece from the red herring that pretty much explains the current situation with broadvision. Atg has a competing product written in Java that has won some high profile deals on that technical basis alone. That has contributed to bvsn's slide - bvsn is 60% off his highs and artg is only 30% down (of course bvsn is coming off a larger valuation peak).

Anyway thats all old news now and looks like its been priced in to the stock. But if bvsn stalls on getting this new architecture out the door that will be a problem for them; imo the customer base is pretty much demanding java.
