Right. Which if you looked at it in the historic context, you could take it as an end of cycle sign, though I do not believe this to be the case this time because I think the ratio fell due to chip makers revenue increase rather than spending decrease. May be if I get a chance I'll contact a few IR departments and ask about their capacity issues.
