it's a lot like AOL, and not having it together yet.... All you have to do is keep this in mind, "The demand is there" and it's growing and there still is a lot left to do inorder to meet the demand. Of course people are getting PO'd, every revolution requires change, and when your dealing with something that people expect to be there like air that is complex as our power system, throw in all the change that is happening at once, you are going to get times where every problem hasn't been thought out yet. If I was talking to your friends I would tell them to pay. Why make the situation worse by withholding vital funds that will have to be used to make it all better? Then to get involved in looking for a solution and never let up till they make it right. greg
