Tomas, A number of power plants can burn fuel oil as well as natural gas. My guess is that the feds would waive air quality requirements temporarily and allow usage of fuel oil...

This would lessen any wintertime spike in NG prices and supply problems...which I view as good...NG is going to do just fine over the next few years at $4.50/mcf to be sure.
