Your a big time abstraction, Doug. You have no Friggin Idea HOW I've lived my Life. You just babble away like Your Master GATA, hoping against hope for the day that Gold Will Rise, without having the slightest inkling as to what moves the POG.

Emotions do indeed have their place in Life. But that touches upon the Essence of the Heart, which governs Human Love between 2 people, not the POG.

I can understand a person loving Gold if they mine it for a Living. That makes sense. But that has nothing to do with how it trades on the Futures Market.

Manipulation is a Human Emotion too.

Gold vs Technology: No one on this thread has ever elaborated upon how Gold is more valuable and beneficial for Humanity than Technology is. Sure, Gold has its place in the economic scheme of things, where it can rise strongly if the economic fundamentals warrant it. But you have to be inhuman and hate Life and Humanity to wish for it to outperform Technology. It is like hoping your spouse will die so you can collect the life insurance.

No wonder some people who post here have such dreary deadly thoughts.
