No kiding.. Astrom, CEO of NRPI , OTC bb, just issued 28 million shares to debenture holders... Thing is this... the debentures were from a buddies construction company...so Astrom puts out a PR that he is converting the Debentures to free common and that they would be about 6 million shares.... So, the 10k comes out and it is 28 million... But, remmeber that the thread was screaming that there were 90% buys in june when the total volume was around 100 million shares... the NRPI (a Mark Schultz special) is rapidly becoming a story similar to anothe rMS special...they sold cat litter and y2k CDs...
