Jon, thanks for your input. I guess SMRA is more like a service company, rather than a technology company. I hear they are about to launch a B2B website with auction on those telecom gear. I also hear their equipments are the cheapest for telecom carriers. Other resellers or distributors like BELM and SEMI are doing as great, in terms of earnings. Their stocks are heading north.

I read a chapter from O'Neil book, where he talks about watching out for new products and new services being introduced year after year from a company, because they provide value and growth - perhaps, it could be a signal to buy, IMHO.
