re: "innocent shorts" big laugh! where were the innocent shorts when the stock went from 114 to 62? they were making money. if the shorts sue, the longs have exactly the same case.(the fud slinging pretend journelists miligned rmbs and caused the stock to go down for no reason.) personally this is a cry baby posisition to take. you pay your money and take your chances. the people who short stock are much more sophisticated than the average long. but it is good to hear 'em bellyache. rocky ps. what rag does bilow pretend to work for?

This is NOT a good post. What you have here is UNNAMED accusers, UNNAMED accused and UNNAMED lawyers.

Just like the FUD that a certain UNNAMED "journalist" at EBN would write.

In this country you don't need a license to call yourself a journalist. Anyone can call himself a journalist and write something. Sometimes journalists give opinions and sometimes they report straight facts as they see them. I believe the only way you can take action against some of these people is if you can hit them with a libel lawsuit if you've been injured in some way. This business about someone losing his home because he followed a so-called journalist's advice is a lot of nonsense. That's the risk you take when you invest. No one guarantees you anything in business articles.
