Will Rogers said it best "Politicians and Lawyers are lower than Horse thieves" ;-) Ella Grasso the first female Governor in this nation claimed (under the old Bailey machine in Ct) to have left a big surplus but the following Governor found a huge deficit;-( He was at one time mobbed by his constituents and even spit'on:-( and a lot of the anger rose from her big surplus story, She was a Democrat and he was a Republican;-) and so it goes' Vonnegut
