Neocon.....

You can borrow against your 401k for
purchasing a home (don't remember if
this is just for first time home buyers).
The interest you pay on these loans is
paid back into your own account.

Forget which type of pension funds also allow for
borrowing for education, and medical emergencies.

Ever hear of options? They are an equity stake
awarded and vested for loyalty which allow a company to
defer salary compensation especially young ones w/o
revenues. This deferred compensation allows for a company
to utilize their resources in many cases for
additional growth.

Also take a look at United Airlines, and UPS
which have been exceptions rather than the rule where
employees were given the opportunity for an direct
equity stake. UPS employees who accepted equity
in partial payment in lieu of salary have done quite
well after UPS's IPO.

Don't have time to go over these items in more
detail with you, but I think you, this time,
should do some further research on these issues to back
the veracity and over generalizations of your
anecdotal claims.

Have a great Sunday.
