Big Don, Unlike you, I've been witholding my opinion until the details came out from the SEC. We have them now, and its obvious they have a case. In the past, I've seen the SEC blow smoke in other cases. They have a lot of backup here it would seem. So, now we know. I believe most not interested in waiting for the final court filing have already left. They had their minds already made up, and it seems for good reason now. Those still around here, had to be waiting for this or were here just wanting to vent.... in whatever odd way they wished. Of course, this all presumes that those interested enough to to continue to post here still hold shares. I've always been curious why anyone not holding would bother to continue posting to such discussions. I don't..... once I leave an issue, I think it's curative to leave the outcome behind and move on (it seems logical to me). There have been some posters on these forums that continue to return and pound away. The reason given often seems to be something like: making us all more aware of these possible outcomes in the marketplace. Maybe now the point has been driven home, and further haranguing will prove pointless. little shot don
