Re Capstone: One thing would stop me from that one, $9 mil sales, with loss of $576mm. For an IPO, the MCDT from EMC seems more appealing although I know little about it. (Sales, 164mm, earnings about $10mm, up from minus $2mm) EMC kept the majority of that stock, MCDT, and will distribute it to EMC shareholders within 6 to 12 months. Watch IIVI, it's one of my old fav.s from way back, I bought it three to four years I also own GLW at the time, I was just way too early in my thinking. But, in 1999 IIVI took off to climax in March, I believe it is alive again. Greg
