Since the recent DCTC newsletter seems to indicate that the DCTC auditor's failure to use acceptable accounting principles lead to this whole fiasco, why haven't we shareholders been informed of DCTC's IMMEDIATE action to seek retribution from these auditors who made ERRORS in judgement and ERRORS in its use of accounting standards and OMMISSIONS in failing to state their questions about the accounting of these aquisitions in the qtrly filings that they signed off on?

Ed, Ernie, Don and bygones too Birney?

I knew the high points about the SEC complaint via a third party...but to actually read though it today is...well, just numbing and surreal. As Ernie says if it is even partially true, the entire time of being told things were great was just a blatant lie.

Thanks for those numbers Ed. It would be good to get a copy of this. I commend Kathy for putting this up on her site. That took courage as even though it's a public document she's right out there.

What a slap in the face and wake up call on on misplaced loyalties. I feel so damn foolish. This was so much money. I'd say let's hope for the best but sheesh...that would be denial.

Semper Fi? After seeing "The Patriot" last evening and reading this filing today I don't know whether to cry or kick a hole in the wall. I've already kicked myself...

Onward,

George
