Hi Tim,
I would expect that a VZ settlement might be seen as a positive for WSTL, as well as VRTA etc. & that perception should help the stock movement upward. It also might make that marvelous analytical group operated by Jefferies' janitors raise WSTL's performance rating back to a "buy".

I am convinced, however, that fundamental analysis of WSTL or VRTA or EFNT shows that this strike is NOT materially affecting their underlying business model to the extent that these stocks have moved. The fundamentals of these stocks is much more robust than a VZ strike which has limited, if any, effect on DSL deployment.
