Gore also pledged to balance the budget every year, save Social Security, pay off the national debt by 2012, and put more cops on the street.


And when the time comes, the experienced Gore will do a better job of juggling these finances than Junior-George, who plans to cut out the govt. revenues first, and then figure what to do about money.
