Sam was actually being moderately logical for a Rambus long, as he was willing to admit that Rambus hasn't got much going for it beside the patent action. Certainly out of character for most of the Rambus guys. On the other hand, he did copy the shysterguy post from Yahoo, which might meet the standards of the local self-styled BS police for objectivity and logic, but seemed a little dubious otherwise. Gene still wins the excessive logic prize.
