Right, Dealer. I have your opinion...

...'logged.'

FWIW.

Still wondering if 'we' ... or would that be 'you' ... would be interested in 'alternative' perspectives from people not normally heard from on your brothers' porch.

All Porchers, Thanks for your recipes, tips, and help.

We are about to begin the taste test.
I think she has me beat.
I was forced to add a few cans of tomatoes to my concoction to help cut down the powerful kick it had...
As I attempted to add a pinch of Italian Hot Pepper, I inadvertantly opened the wrong end of the plastic canister. Instead of the flip up cap that covered the side that hade the 1/4" holes, I opened up the side where you can insert a spoon. Needless to say, approx. 1 ton of hot pepper landed in the sauce.
Rather than trying to scoop it all out, I stirred it, figuring the heat would eventually cook out.

It hasn't cooked out...

After adding every single tomato I had to help cut the heat down, I was forced to open cans of sauce to add to it.

I tasted some.
It's getting better.
However, I've been using my salsa that I made the other week, to help cool my mouth off...

Would anyone care for a jar of molten lava?

The roof of my mouth should grow back soon...

I miss having skin up there...

Is it normal to sweat profusely on a cool 70 degree day?

Earlier I burped and set the living room on fire.

Is it possible to offset the heat in the sauce by adding the contents of one fire extinguisher to the pot?

P.S. Any tips on removing sauce from the ceiling?

...Don't ask.
