the concept of wearable electronics was discussed by SUNW recently. Here in Europe, Philips and Levi's are set to launch clothing incorporating headsets, MP3, mobilephones etc..

Dear Steve Lee: When I suggested those 3 stocks that was presuming a very long investment period and not trading. Also, large cap mature companies with the financial muscle and management knowhow to adapt with the changing times. I am quite sure one can here and there find sudden bursts from other companies that will outperform, but SUNW, EMC, and CSCO are directly on top of the Internet SECOND INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION which is expected to last at least another 5 years. It is my judgement only that those stocks will outperform as a group any stock market average and probably most mutual funds over time.
As to taking a fall, sure any of them could at any time since they are all high PE stocks, but they are also high growth stocks with what appears to me at least to be in the right place, at the right time, with the right goods to continue that growth. CSCO is often criticized as not first into Optical Networking, but that is not how they play the game, they let the others be first, wait and see which technology is the best then buy their way in and it would seem to me that is exactly what is happening right now. Anyhow, thats my opinion, not a recommendation. JDN
