Janice, WOW!!! I really am gonna have to catch up there. Did you get over there today. NESS filed a NT-10-Q today. sec.gov Only a couple of problems that I can see: 1) They didn't fill out part III, explaining the reason it was late, 2) And it was signed Date 08/14/00 By /s/ Stanley Swanson ------------------- --------------------------------------------- Stanley Swanson Chief Executive Officer Only problem is that Stanley Swanson isn't the CEO of NESS, he's the CEO of RTIN! ragingbull.altavista.com Stanley Swanson is the CEO of Restaurant Teams International. Curtis Swanson is the CFO of RTI. Curtis did some work to help NESS get their filings up to date. If I remember correctly, when Curtis submitted the papers for the filing, the person/secretary who filed it mistakenly put Stan's name on it. I thought that a subsequent filing was done to correct the typo. Stan is definitely not the CEO of NESS!!! Nice spin there buddy...I don't see how NESS would require help in submitting an NT-10-Q (if I recall, they've done it before). ragingbull.altavista.com Ok, here is what I have found out and my understanding of why Stan keeps being put into some NESS filings. Back before, when Curtis was helping NESS get their filings up to date, he used RTI's transfer agent to do the filings. RTI's agent made the error and put Stan in as CEO in the filing. A subsequent correction was made. Now every time NESS wants to do this particular filing, they just call in and say "We want to file a ____ filing" and it is automatically filed for them. SO.... the computer pulls up the original filing, which had the mistake. I don't know how they will fix this, but it will come up every quarter if it is not somehow corrected. Yeah, the transfer agent did it, that's the ticket. LOLOOLOLOLOLOL! Regards, John Sladek

Surely a prayer update, perhaps on a monthly basis would help the investment public.
