Michael, One bad sign (re Biomatrix)is that they have sued a handful of posters on Yahoo and gotten a judge to apply a preemptive order to stop "libel" against the CEO. In my experience, it is usually only scamsters who are unduly sensitive to negative chatter about their company. I would think the real test is whether Syn is really gaining acceptance as a treatment or has no convincing support. Talking to a few doctors and reading some of the accepted literature should help find out. BXM's claims have been unambiguous on this matter, and would constitute fraud if countered by the facts. /Kit
