Ya, I think Q2 could be $20 million or so. I also think that if management is really smart and they want the stock to really take off-like go to $30 or so, they will finance soon. My reasoning is as follows. As you suggest internal cash flow will likely be high enough to finance the expansion but it won't fix the balance sheet as well. An equity offering would do that and then the stock would be in play for the institutions who, of course don't own any right now-because of the balance sheet!! So fix that then they will buy the heck out of it. I'm still long and I expect to get at least $18. I'll be selling half at that level and the institutions will buy the rest for $25 or so. We'll see??
