John, I have not seen anyone on this thread claim there is or will be a shortage of crude oil. Stocks being low yes, but not a shortage. Even OPEC says there is enough oil.

The shortage will be of HO and it will be caused by a lack of refining capability at current prices (and now also the Federal Government's HO reserve stocking). Given the current price of oil and the time it takes it to come down, To assume there will not be problems this year is simply not being realistic.
