Just to class up this thread a bit, I thought I'd throw in some Shakespeare, in honor of Riley's psychic efforts to save the world. In Henry IV, Part 1, Hotspur meets with the Welsh rebel Owen Glendower, who claims psychic powers:

GLENDOWER:

I can call spirits from the vasty deep.

HOTSPUR:

Why, so can I, or so can any man;
But will they come when you do call for them?
