Actually, some of the old economy and retail stocks look much more attractive to me on a valuation basis than the so called new economy stocks.

It is a very bizarre market: While some stocks sell for over 500 times earnings, there are other stocks that are selling for under 10 times earnings and their growth rate is more than twice its PE. These stocks rose during the new economy correction this past March/April.
