Parker picked up four land rig contracts down in Colombia for BP. Inch by inch, Parker is walking the talk!!! The stock price has been impressively steady with an upward bias. The Street is starting to take a fancy to this girl. Safe way to play? Convertible bonds. Now selling at about 80 and paying about 7%. Take the bond move higher to par (100), (which it will do more quickly as business and balance sheet continues to improve) get a good 'while you wait return' and if all hell busts loose the convertible conversion factor may even kick in. I like 'em. big
