I would load up on puts @ exactly 2pm. That's when you'll normally see a spike from short covering. After the announcement, the market will sell-off about 40 points in 10 min, and then will make it up by the end of day. Wednesday will be a bad day due to the news already being factored in. A good time to short will be at tomorrow's close or just before 2pm IMO.
