Maybe, this is why the Richard 'Dick' Aurelio the VSEA CEO sold thousands of shares of VSEA at $69 and $69.5!

Axcelis Names Michael Dreyer Vice President and General Manager of Photoresist Processing Group
BEVERLY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 2000--Axcelis Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACLS - news), formerly Eaton Semiconductor Equipment Operations, today named Michael Dreyer vice president and general manager for the photoresist processing group based in Rockville, Md. In this position, Dreyer will manage all facets of the photoresist processing group's business, reporting directly to Mary Puma, president and chief operating officer of Axcelis.

Dreyer joins Axcelis after 11 years with Motorola Semiconductor Products, where he held key management positions. Most recently, he was the process, equipment and technology manager for Motorola's MOS12 wafer fab. In this capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of diffusion, chemical vapor deposition, physical vapor deposition, ion implantation, rapid thermal processing, metrology, cleans Cu/low k BEOL process, equipment and technology engineering in the 200 mm Class 1 fab.

Prior to working for Motorola, Dreyer was a section manager for Advanced Custom Technologies Lab in Mesa, Ariz. Prior to that, he was a device engineer for Bipolar Technology Center in Mesa. He holds a M.S.E.E. and a B.S.E.E. from the University of South Florida. He has been issued four patents and has one patent currently pending.
