A few comments...

I gotta admit, I am feeling pretty comfortable with IDTC lately. Rather than lament the fact that the companies cash exceeds its market value, I would rather concentrate on the value which backs my investment and the positive things going forward. Heck, if the Faber interview is correct, the equipment deal with Cisco/Ntop probably will be worth a minimum of $4 a share in value to IDTC. After all, an equipment spinoff has long been contemplated by Jonas, with market cap comparisons in the billions, and it looks like IDTC may have 20% of the action.

Better yet has been the recent developments in NTOP. I thought I really screwed up when I sold my NTOP at $36 right before the MSFT announcement. Instead, I re-established a whole new position under $26.50 just prior to the Cisco announcement. My fear with NTOP had been that T could control the margins and hence the earnings, i.e., it could realize huge savings in its own business with little or no benefit to NTOP. The Cisco deal says to me that NTOP will continue to operate as a stand alone business unit and now we have the biggest names in business backing or in partnership with NTOP. My prediction is that T's purchase price will look like a bargain within the next 18 months.

Watching and waiting should continue to be a profitable strategy with IDTC and NTOP.
