RTS,

HLIT was up on a ADCT take over rumor. Hard to say if it is valid. HLIT would add a nice complement to ADCT's existing cable business. Guidance from ADCT conference call was that the growth on the cable sector is being underestimated. There is no flattening of demand from ADCT's point of view.

ADCT was asked about a rumor of a dilutive acquisition. Their response was that they have never done large dilutive acquisitions. Rumors of one large dilutive acquisition are inaccurate according to management. They are not considering any. Given where HLIT came from in price earlier this year I am not sure HLIT would sell at current prices or even 10 points higher.
