It appears that you are ignoring the fact that the oscillations between the troughs are narrowing also, which is a characteristic of BEARISH WEDGES ggggggg

I prefer to consider all factors whether bullish or bearish, and not to ignore any factors even if it is not in line with what I believe. Its your choice to ignore certain factors, heck you could be right. Again I just feel more comfortable to look at all factors and not to limit some, but I have
been called stupid many times.

I try not to get mired in too much detail... The longer the period, the more reliable the pattern...
bigcharts.com

Even this 10 day chart of the NDX shows where the price is heading... Since I'm a position trader I concentrate on the natural support and resistance areas... I'll leave those "in between" oscillations for the day and minute traders... : >

The A/D line is looking better... Upside volume is overpowering downside volume... We'll do 1.2 to 1.3 billion in Nasdaq volume today... While not 1.5 or greater, it's still powering prices higher... finance.yahoo.com

This is the kind of sneaky rally I like... Just like "The Purloined Letter", it's out there for all to see... But, all will not see it until traditional resistance and volume barriers are broken... By then, they will have to pay up another 10% to play...

These are my opinions, and are in no way an attempt to be critical of the way anyone else analyzes the market... I use what works for me and respect what works for other people... I respect you as being very good at what you do... : >
