Is this good or bad? Who knows, but it is definitely indicative of rapid change. Colorado used to have cold winters.

The vegetation that has adapted to the normal Colorado winters requires a good period of dormancy. When its deprived of that dormancy, it begins to suffers and does not grow well. When vegetation begins to falter, the animals that feed on it begin to suffer. When non carniverous animals begin to suffer, then the carnivores (like some of us) begin to falter......
