LMAO! Sounds like the Lexar lawyers are going to need lawyers.

But now that you bought it, what he said doesn't count. And don't bother suing Lexar beause all that money they made from the IPO will be used to pay our humongous legal bill. Food for thought for those who wanted Eli to make some public statements to comfort nervous stockholders earlier this summer. It wouldn't have made any difference, but it would have made some of those slime bucket lawyers start drooling for sure.
