This is certainly a tricky one since the superficial appearance is less than reassuring. However, the earliest indications of a turnaround would certainly be apparent to insiders - if they see brighter days ahead on multiple fronts then they would perceive the share price as grossly undervalued. In any event, the size of the purchases by the CEO (200K shares on one day), the fact that other directors made substantial buys as well during the same period, and the fact that these transactions occurred less than a month ago has placed PTX near the top of my 'serious curiosity' list. My viewpoint is evolving from seeking reasons justifying a PTX purchase to seeking reasons not to. buy.
