Did you see Fleck's piece from Friday? All of the hype about the Saudis kicking up their production is actually meaningless, because their excess stuff is too sour to be economically refined into gasoline. Fleck said the Venezuelans have the only excess supply that is gasoline-grade, and based on their president's new affinity towards Saddam, it doesn't look like they're too keen on bailing us out.
