I found an interesting (and very long) article on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on Joe Copia's thread. It relates to TeleTech's business and gives clues as to why Stayhealthy's relationship with TTEC is so important. Keep in mind, though, that TTEC is a CRM service provider, rather than a software vendor. Read the part that Joe bolded. Here's the link:
